Ear Impression Instructions
- Always insert foam blocking into ear. (See enclosed white foam with string)
- Push foam block into ear canal just past the opening with index q-tip.
- Make sure string from foam block hangs out of the ear
- Peel off backing of ear impression kit
- Mix the two parts (White/Teal together until uniform color. (1 minute).
- With hands roll material into carrot shape. Push narrow end of impression material into the canal, and then continue to fill the bowl of the ear with finger pressure. Use all of the material.
- Let material set in ear for 10 minutes until firm.
- To remove ear impression pull outside of ear back and with other hand grab the impression twist forward slowly to break air seal and pull out of the ear.
- Fill out order form located on back of this instruction sheet.
- Place ear impression and order form in box and place mailing label on the outside of box and mail.
